Because it also includes many oils, it’s an emollient and protein type of treatment. It’s an effective hair-conditioning mask which handles super-damaged and very dry strands. The Rene Furterer Absolue Keratine Regenerating Mask helped me revive my crazy-dry hair after summer. I don’t think it’s a good idea to use it on easily weighed-down, low porosity strands. It’s likely to weigh such hair down.
