My Perfect Summer Hairstyle: Braided Skeleton Ponytail
Let me introduce: BRAIDED SKELETON PONYTAIL
What is it? What is the braided skeleton ponytail? I will try to explain everything in the post. As always, I was inspired by young celebrities’ hairstyles, spotted on catwalks or in paparazzi photos.
What is the braided skeleton ponytail?
It’s one of my favourite hairdos that I like to wear in summer. It looks amazing and most of all – it’s comfy. No unruly or tangling strands on my neck.
A celebrity hairstylist – Ryan Richman – came up with the idea of the braided skeleton. He loves experimenting with hair. I’ve seen it many times while describing his other hairstyles. His ideas often become long-lasting trends. I love the guy and thanks to his inspirations, I can experiment with my hairdo.
Kate Mara – a New York theatre and movie actress – had the hairstyle done as the first one. It was love at first sight as I adore such hairdos.
What does the braided skeleton ponytail look like?
It is the mixture of the ponytail and braid. The Dutch braid at the centre of your head emerges from the hair gathered in a ponytail above the neck. The hairstyle resembles a spine, which may sound a bit creepy. That’s why it’s a good Halloween hairstyle 🙂
How do you make the braided skeleton ponytail?
You can make it even if your hair is short but you must know something about braiding. It’s the key to this hairstyle. You must be skilled if you want to make a braid running through the middle of your hair. The skeleton braid is nice and neat so you need to put your mind to it, despite looking easy to make.
