Test Review: Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner. Does My Hair Get along with Marine Algae?
My hair goes frizzy and dry easily. Thankfully I’ve found a conditioner which handles the problem very well. Are you familiar with Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner? If not, enjoy the review. 🙂
I know that unruly, tangled, unmanageable, frizzy, extremely dry and very weak hair isn’t just my problem. It affects our friends, sisters, mothers, and many other girls. What is the reason? Lack of proper care, environmental factors, changing seasons of the year, hormonal imbalance. Apart from that, we often can’t find suitable conditioning products. Simple as that!
I didn’t use to have favorite hair-care products but now it’s changed thanks to the Nanoil Conditioner featuring marine algae extract!
Nanoil Hair Conditioner. Why did I pick the version with marine algae?
Nanoil is a brand that got popular thanks to the brilliant hair oils and recently they extended the offer and launched a line of dual-phase hair conditioners – you can choose from four versions based on keratin, liquid silk, argan oil or marine algae.
I’ve chosen the one with marine algae because I never used algae-based cosmetics before. I wanted to give it a go. Apart from that, Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner gets really great reviews so I wanted to see how it really works.
Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner: first impression, observations, opinion
My review-post is cut into sections so I can focus on the most important features of the conditioner.
KEY INGREDIENTS
The Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner is based on three nutritional ingredients and of course the nori algae extract plays the key role as a strong antioxidant and natural sunscreen. Castor oil in the formula strengthens the hair and keeps the scalp healthy while panthenol (provitamin B5) – essential hair-care ingredient – nourishes and gives brilliant gloss. The list of ingredients is short but it’s rich and there’s nothing to nitpick about. Even the included silicones are light and easily rinsed out.
TYPE OF CONDITIONER
This conditioner is unusual because it’s dual-phase combining lightness of a mist with a strongly-nourishing, protective oil formula – this is what makes it give great effect without weighing hair down. The great thing is this is a leave-in conditioner so I save the time and just spray it on after washing.
APPLICATION
Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner is very easy to use. I was used to rinse-out products so this is a nice change. You just spray it on washed, damp hair and let magic happen. The nutrients penetrate the hair to fulfil their task and provide intensive conditioning, strengthening and protection.
PROMISED RESULTS
Thanks to two phases and the ingredients, the Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner needs just a few uses to:
– ramp up hydration levels.
– protect the hair against UV radiation.
– nourish and revitalize the hair.
– ensure bounce and softness.
– make brushing easier.
– boost shine and smoothness.
– lessen frizz.
EFFECTS AFTER USE
The brand makes lots of promises but I wanted to see real results. What does Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner actually do? I spotted some of the promised effects after first usage of the dual-pase mist: my hair got much smoother and easier to detangle. It’s no longer so unruly and tangled after shampooing, plus it really looks better and shinier. It’s hard to describe the look so it’s best to test and feel the effect of Nanoil Algae Hair Conditioner on your strands.
Did anything change after a few weeks? I’ve been using the Nanoil Conditioner for nearly four weeks and can see my hair’s gotten better and looks nicer. It even feels slightly thicker and more resilient. The hated frizz, static and bothersome styling are gone.
